Factors of Etical Influence on Business System

Sažetak

This study is dealing with the explication and discussion of the fundametal ethical approachis to the managerial choices and decision in the business system (ethics of individuality, ethics of utilitarianism, ethics of human rights and ethics of justice); gives integral ethical protocol, explicate and discuss the infl uental factors on business system (individual, structural and cultural-climatal) and managerial implementation. It is resumed that ethical organization is in direct function of knowledge and ethics approach of management.
