SURVEY OF SOME MODELS OF THE INSTITUTIONAL TREATMENT OF CRIME PERPETRATORS

Sažetak
The paper provides a survey of various models of institutional treatment of crime perpetrators that have appeared since that model gained its place of the dominant scientific paradigm in this area after World War II. Alongside with the consideration of theoretical postulates of each model, the paper outlines the critical observations to which some of those models were subjected and the results of their evaluation research in regards to the successfulness of social reintegration of the clients that had been exposed to them.
