Sažetak
The new Law of Physical Planning and Construction (Official gazette No. 76/07) requires preparation of adequate Special Geodetic Lining. The law determine definition and objectives of the Special Geodetic Lining. The importance of the quality of the Special Geodetic Lining for the further design process is emphasised. Entering into force of the new Law on the State Survey and Real Estate Cadastre (Official gazette No. 16/07) and Regulations regarding the Land Cadastre (Official gazette No. 84/07) represent significant improvement in the area of spatial planning as well as in the area of geodesy.
