Sažetak
Through comparative analysis, the paper determines the notion of the supervision of psychosocial work in relation to other forms of professional dialogue between co-operators in psychosocial work. It also describes the development of the supervision of the psychosocial work concept. A special attention is given to the model of supervision which would be most suitable for the situation in Croatia, in which until now supervision has not been a constituent part of the professional growth and development of experts in the social care system and co-operators in general.
