The Application of the Programme of the Control of Agricultural Land in the State Ownership in Practice

Sažetak
The real record keeping of land-register lots in the state ownership has been achieved with the Programme of the control of agricultural land in the state ownership. Through the possibility of restitution of property and selling of land the privatization of agricultural land in the state ownership was made possible. The rent and concession were other ways of giving the possibility of long-term use of agricultural land in the state ownership to legal subjects who together with local self-governing units use of the profit of correct conduct of agricultural land. In the course of realization of the Programme of the control of agricultural land in the state ownership which has been validated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, one can come across the problems caused by unresolved property-legal relations on the lots encompassed by the Programme, uncoordinated states on the grounds with the land-register as well as with the problem of slowness in the entire procedure.
