Sažetak

The simplified methodology for calculating performance of vehicles, with all performance-related elements, is described, and the transport cost calculation methodology in the on-site and road traffic conditions is analyzed. Two methods for calculating transport costs for loose materials are presented. The authors explain how the higher productivity of transport vehicles contributes to an overall decrease of construction costs. The performance of transport vehicles must adequately be planned so that the prices charged for works can remain reasonable.
