TEACHER TRAINING AS A PROCESS (MEANS) OF THE INTERNAL SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT (THE WORKSHOP SCENARIO)

Sažetak
The workshop “School Management” was carried out as one of the topics of the seminar for principals of elementary and secondary schools. The Seminar was performed with the idea to establish better cooperation between the School Administration and school principals using forms of professional support and help, as well as to contribute establishing mutual trust. Taking into consideration that teacher training is a process which directly influences the advancement of teaching and learning, the basic educational goal, it is logical that the segment of the seminar was dedicated to the questions concerning the management of this process.
