Sažetak

It is initially stressed that the selection of the most favourable construction technology is of crucial significance for making cost savings and for simplifying and facilitating the construction process. Appropriate technological models that can be used as basis for making decision about the most favourable construction method, with the lowest cost and full compliance with quality requirements, are presented. The implementation has been tested during preparations for work at the construction company Ptuj, d.o.o. in Ptuj
