Sažetak
This manual, as well as the one on Public Access to Environmental Information, was made under the joint Croatian-Dutch project "Implementation of the Environmental Acquis requirements in respect of access to environmental information and public participation in environmental approval procedures”. The project was financed by the Dutch Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection, while the coordinator was EVD, the Dutch Agency for International Business and Cooperation. Implementation was carried out by a consortium led by Dutch company AMECO and partners OAG from the Netherlands and the Institute for International Relations – IMO from Zagreb. The manual represents a guide for public authorities and NGOs involved in the process of accessing information about environment and public participation in environmental decision making. It is divided into five parts.
