Motorways and the Location of Economic Activities in Central Croatia

Sažetak
This article deals with the influence of motorways and the location of industries and other economic activities in Central Croatia. There is an analysis of the tendency to construct commercial and production facilities near urban motorway interchanges in Zagreb and regional motorway interchanges. Consideration is also given to the influence of location factors before 1990, under the conditions of the former economic system, and after 1990, during a period market by the transition to a market economy and the dynamic development of private enterprise.
