Abstract

Medicinsko pravo je, kao nova znanstvena disciplina u hrvatskoj znanosti, svoju snažniju
afirmaciju počelo ostvarivati početkom XXI. stoljeća, iako su stručnjaci i ranije pisali o njemu.
Ishodišni temelji medicinskog prava izuzetno su važni za ovu novu znanstvenu disciplinu jer
oni na jednostavan način objašnjavaju čime se medicinsko pravo bavi. Medicinsko pravo vrlo
je opsežno, s tendencijom daljnjeg širenja.
