About the Journal

Public Sector Economics is a scientific journal published by the Institute of Public Finance, which seeks theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented contributions analysing the role and functioning of the public sector at macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic levels, in both advanced and emerging market economies.

The journal is published four times a year (March, June, September and December). There are no publication fees.

Public Sector Economics is an Open Access journal. All content is made freely available. Users are allowed to copy and redistribute, and alter, transform, or build upon the material as long as they attribute the source in an appropriate manner.

The journal is co-financed by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia.
