CrossCheck Plagiarism Screening System
The editorial board is participating in a growing community of CrossCheck System’s users in order to ensure that the content published is original and trustworthy. CrossCheck is a medium that allows for comprehensive manuscripts screening, aimed to eliminate plagiarism and provide a high standard and quality peer-review process.
A detailed description of the CrossCheck System can be found at:

Peer Review Process
Initially, the Editors read and evaluate all manuscripts. At this stage, many papers will be returned promptly to the author(s) due to obviously being outside of the aims and scope of the publication or not meeting the required level of quality. Submissions that meet the minimum criteria are normally passed on to at least 2 experts for review. Double-blind reviewing is used, in which both the reviewer and author(s) remain anonymous to each other throughout the review process. Reviewers are asked to evaluate the manuscript and give advice to the Editors, who then make a decision to accept or to reject the manuscript. The Editors' decision will then be promptly sent to the author(s), containing appropriately detailed explanations. The manuscript could be accepted in its initial form, accepted with minor revisions, revised and resubmitted or rejected. The peer-review process ends with the final Editors' decision to accept or to reject a submitted manuscript.
