LEVELS OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN SUPERVISION RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract
Understanding the personal role in a certain relationship, including a supervision relationship, enables better understanding of responsibilities individuals have for themselves and also for the person they are in a relationship with. Awareness of the personal role and responsibilities in a certain relationship, as well as knowledge and skills individuals express that responsibility with, contribute to establishing a relationship of equality and dignity. It is the relationship in which both sides feel they are noticed, respected and understood, a relationship with no defeated or ashamed.
The article presents the importance of trust, respect and security in establishing quality supervision relationships, and the importance of mutual understanding, the power and authority one has and the way they are used.
