Abstract
The paper deals with a reflection on personal supervision work, with seven supervision groups in various contexts. A qualitative research has been conducted with the aim of establishing how various supervision contexts reflect on the supervision process and the influence of basic education and professional experience of supervisors. Advantages and disadvantages of the situations in which supervisors and supervisees work at more or less similar tasks are also analysed. Reflexions on personal work are compared to the available research in supervision and available references from the field. In the closing discussion, aspects of the supervision process that are common to all analysed contexts as well as several ideas and guidelines for developing a good supervision practice in future are defined.
