Abstract
The paper reviews the current state and trends in molecular imprinting. The basic methods for the preparation of imprinted polymers are presented, with particular emphasis on the application of the crosslinked imprinted polymers in solid state extraction, chiral separations, high performance liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography.
