Primary territorial organization of Croatia from the historico-geographical point of view

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to emphasize the spatial and existential logic of the early medieval župa, as primary territorial unit of Croatia, as well as the recognizable spatial continuity of that unit which is manifested in the later forms of the territorial organization of Croatia.
