Water losses in water supply system

Sažetak

This paper analyzes the issue of water supply systems from the point of irrationality and uneconomical in terms of water losses. With the basic display devices for measuring flow, detailed view is givenin the methods of finding the losses. The supervisory control system is technically flexible and economically optimal solution to maintain existing and future water supply companies, and occupies an important place in the work of system. Also, is given approach that leads to a reduction in losses and basic information on the IWA methodology of keeping balance.
