Sažetak
Fermented dairy products have particularly good influence on human health. Also, their importance is accentuated revival of beneficial intestinal microorganisms. It is quoted that Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus acidophilus could develop and exist in human digestive tract and produce some important substances preventing pathogenic bacteria growth.
