Sažetak

The paper deals with contents of following microelements: Cu, Mn, Zn and Fe in pasteurized milk from areas A, B, C and D in Macedonia. These data point out that' mentioned microelements varied widely in area A, a wide range only of iron was determined in areas B and C. The highest values of Mn were detected in areas B and C and of zinc in area D.
