Population kinetics of microorganisms in pasteurized milk

Sažetak
The effect of different storage temperature (4 °C, 12 °C, 18-20 °C) on the growth rates of different bacterial populations in pasteurized milk was investigated. The mean number of generations per day and generation time in days for total bacteria, acid producing and non-acid producing bacteria, coliform and psychrotrophic bacteria were calculated.
