Sažetak
Entrepreneurship is one of the key competences in lifelong education which has enormous social and economic importance. Learning and acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills is also important in education of adults. In planning and executing such educational programs in lifelong learning, the education of andragogues on relevant contents and methods of knowledge transfer to potential enterprising individuals and entrepreneurs in the narrow sense is being highlighted. In this context, it is necessary to consider the transfer of knowledge oriented towards entrepreneurial encouragement of each student.
In the implementation of entrepreneurial learning, teachers should have the contextual and methodological-didactic knowledge and skills. A modern andragogue who teaches the acquisition of entrepreneurial competence must know the basic characteristics of entrepreneurship upon which to prepare and implement meaningful, educational outcomes-oriented curriculum. It is important to understand that the creativity, innovation, development, persistence, etc. are necessary for the development of entrepreneurial as well as business and economic knowledge required for the execution of an entrepreneurial venture in the narrow sense of a word. In transferring knowledge to their learners, andragogues must use the principle of methodological pluralism. The education process should mostly involve active methods of teaching and learning.
