Hygienic quality of milk in Vojvodina

Sažetak
During the last three decades many changes took place in the modernization of milk production in Vojvodina. The milk yield per cow was increased considerably, new techniques and advanced technology were implemented and some legal regulations on milk quality were passed as well. Consequently, the milk quality was improved, but not to the extent that was expected. The investigation aimed to study effect of the implementation of modern production techniques and technology on the hygienic quality of milk during the last three decades.
