Gas-chromatographic analysis of lidokain in blood after its intraoral application to patients with hepatic disorder

Sažetak

The content of lidokain in blood after an intraoral dose applied to patients with expressed disorders in liver function was inwestigated. The content of I idokain in the blood of these patients was two times higher than in the blood of healthy persons. It is concluded that the maximum allowable doses of lidokain schould be considerably reduced in such patients.
