Abstract

The author is presenting the most frequent fractures of the tooth crown, clasifying them according to Ellis. The treatment of these fractures is shown. The patients with clase II fractures are fitted with retaining pins, wich are also used for anchorage. The patients with class III fractures first undergo bio- pulpectomy and the missing part of the tooth is replaced with faceted gold inlay.
