Sažetak
"Skorup", in larger Yugoslav area better known as "kajmak", belongs to the autochthonous milk products of the best quality in Montenegro. It is produced in larger part of the Republic, and mostly on Durmitor - Sinjajevina's region. It is estimated that in Montenegro 35-40% of the manufacturing milk is utilized for "skorup" production.
