NIKOLA TESLA: 150 YEARS SINCE HIS BIRTH (1856 – 2006)

Sažetak
It hasn't been uncommon to read recently how Nikola Tesla allegedly said that he was proud of his Croatian homeland and Serbian origin. Many will claim that he is an Austrian , Hungarian or an American scientist. The truth is that it is a matter of the citizen of the world, the man belonging to nobody and to everybody, the man out of time, uncomprehended genious who lived ahead of his time.
We all owe him due to his genial ideas.
Tesla should be quoted using universal scientific language freed from the space of nations and time of nationality.
Science is nothing else but cheap perversion if its ultimate goal doesn’t contribute to a better development of the well-being of humanity.
