Abstract
What kind of education entrepreneurs need? How and where can they acquire entrepreneurial skills and knowledge they need? Can these skills be acquired by reading American books, working at some institutes or through lectures at universities? No, it cannot. Therefore, continuous research in real business life should be carried out through “entrepreneurial labs”, incubators and technology parks. Common practice is that management, business organization and other entrepreneurial issues are being studied in a static way through a typical company model and through processes that are taking place in every company. However, ideal or typical manager or an entrepreneur as well as a typical company do not exist. The company is a system, a living organism with its constant changes, growth and development. In a company’s life, turbulent business processes are taking place and these processes take place in a dynamic environment. Each stage of company’s development has its own characteristics regarding organization and management, and each and every phase needs a manager with special skills. Therefore, entrepreneurship should be studied in dynamic way through the growth and development of enterprise. During these phases, entrepreneurs should change as well, together with their company. If they are not capable of change and adjustment, or if they do not posses the ability to change, then entrepreneurs become a problem for the company.
