Legal Transactions of the Rights of Personality

Sažetak

Right of personality is relatively new concept in civil law whose content is not finally defined.
Designation of the concept and content of the legal transactions of the rights of personality is considerably delayed.
This article will try to initiate discussion on this questions in Croatian civil law and hopefully to integrate them into the concept of personality rights in our legal area.
Fundamental legal conditions exist so efforts of legal science and practice to find good and acceptable legal solutions should be encouraged.
