Sažetak
This paper presents an identification methodology to estimate the parameters of the salient-pole synchronous machine from on-line small disturbance responses, using measurements which are available within the hydrogenerator monitoring system. First, the parameter identification procedure, which is divided into three steps, is tested using the synthetic data obtained by the machine standard model simulation. By this testing, very good results for all parameters of the standard mathematical model are obtained. The experimental researches are performed using measurement system installed on the 26 MVA generator in Peruća hydroelectric power plant (HPP) on Cetina river in Croatia. The results for the synchronous reactances in the d- and q-axis, obtained by measurement at stationary operating points, are presented. In addition, an identification procedure to estimate the equivalent line rectance and infinite bus voltage, to which a single machine is connected, is presented. First, this procedure is proved by laboratory test. By proposed procedure, using mentioned measurement system, the equivalent line reactance and the infinite bus voltage in Peruća HPP is determined.
