Sažetak

The paper gives an overview of all Croatian licensed editions of the Universal Decimal Classification published so far. Furthermore, it describes the work on the new Croatian licensed abridged edition of the UDC. The content of the abridged edition is compared to the content of the medium edition. The most significant novelties in the scheme are pointed out along with their advantages and disadvantages.
