HEADACHE AND ITS TREATMENT BY PHYSICOTHERAPY

Abstract

By use of interferent currents and medical gymnastics in patients suffering
from cervico-cephalic syndrome, favourable analgesic effect was achieved, mobilization
of spine was either resumed or maintained, circulation and nutrition
of tilssues improved, while by strenghthening the spinal muscles, the compensated
painless condition was established, in which the patients could again resume an
active approach to life. That is also the main target of the treatment for painful
vertebral syndrome.
