Sažetak

The total of 51 würtemberg breed lambs weaned at the age of 2-2.5 months have been classified into three groups. The control group was fed on 14% of crude protein in a standard food mixture and the two experimental groups on 18% of crude protein.
The higher level of proteins resulted in 261 g daily gain in the control group and 321 and 333 g in the experimental groups, and in 30% decrease of energy consumption and 13% digestible proteins per unit gain in the experimental groups when compared to the control group.
