Sažetak
The aim of this research was to test the influence of three Aloe vera extracts (mix, pulp and juice) in three different concentrations (103, 104 and 105) on six phytopathogenic fungi: Diaporthe helianthi, Phomopsis longicolla, Phomopsis viticola, Fusarium graminearum, F. verticilloides and F. solani. All extracts showed an influence on mycelium growth, whether it was inhibition or stimulation. The impact of extracts depended on concentration, extract type and fungi species. Mycelium growth of D. helianthi was mostly inhibited by 103 and 105 concentrations of mix extract and 105 of pulp extract. Mycelium growth of P. longicolla was mostly inhibited by 104 and 105 concentrations of pulp and juice extract, while the mix extract stimulated the mycelium growth. Mycelium growth of P. viticola was only inhibited by 104 concentration of juice extract. All extracts inhibited the mycelium growth of Fusarium solani and F. verticilloides. Mycelium growth of F. graminearum was inhibited only second day after inoculation, while in the next measuring all extracts stimulated it growth.
