Sažetak
Work in the clinical medicine can not only have the scientific character, bat it must have it contineously. The natural wish of the clinician for research, the contineous work with reading of the litterature, the international exchange of the experiences and knowledge, and the local conditions for research are the most important prerequisites for the research work. The author confirmed his hypothesis about the research work in the clinical medicine on the round of several examples in his clinical praxis. In the review the analysis of our conditions comparing it with our neighbouring countries is presented. Besides finantial funds and equipments the enthusiasm of our working people and their contineous desire for discovery improvement of diagnosis and treatment are necessary.
