Sažetak

We all simply understand that travel must behave as any other branch and must adjust its own development to all important fields of economics, management, marketing, technics, psychology, sociology etc. Including the market research without which a prospering firm cannot longer exist. The goal of our department is to uncover relations and bonds between supply demand in cooperation with students and public.
Experience with data collecting and processing for the projects and grants, when students, teachers and scientists must well cooperate that all gives us a great prospective for the future. Mutual cooperation is an essential key to any successful role in our department. We have now a good chance to develop university departments on higher sophisticated level. From analyses of Ministry of Regional Development of Czech Republic for the field of tourism: To development of travel in regions in close connection with marketing strategy, the analyses covers these points: Barriers in travel services development in regions, Goals and strategies, Higher priority fields and regimes. Everybody can contribute to the support of regional development by preparation of suitable higher quality and real projects.
