Sažetak
The study carried out on a sample of 60 students, who had been, with regard to their motor status, positively selected.
The measuring of flexibility reactions was done by means of the photographing technique, analysing the possibilities of achieving maximum amplitudes in the joint system of shoulder and hip. The measuring results were expressed in degrees, obtained by comparing the initial position of each subject with the initial position of each subject with the ultimate range of the realized amplitude of movement.
Results of the analysis show
1. Within the space of applied measures there exists a general flexibility factor whose physiological basis is probably contained in the ability to regulate the minimal tonus.
2. Under the control of the general regulator of flexibility there probably exist 2 topological factors of flexibility:
- flexibility in the hip-joint system
- flexibility in the shoulder-joint system.
