Sažetak
This work is of practical nature exclusively and it points out the competitive exercise from the group of combative sports and skills that can have an effect upon the positive change of individual personality dimensions with the aim to increase the physical, techno-tactic and physic fitness of football players. All the exercise have been sorted out into five groups:
1. Exercise for greater mobility of the joint hip, knees, and ankle, and exercise designed to strengthen the ligaments of these joints;
2. Falling exercises;
3. Exercises for duel games;
4. Exercises for regulation of aggressive tendencies and reduction of anxiety;
5. Exercises designed to decrease the feeling of physical inferiority and increase the feeling of superiority.
Some of these can be applied during all periods of training and some only in the beginning, i.e. the transitional period. The dominating method in exercise are: the playmethod, situational and iterative methods.
