Sažetak

This article will define four major categories of supplier relations.
Three important tools (Kraljic matrix, ATK Purchasing Chessboard,
and Customer categorisation matrix) will be discussed as potential
analysis tools for supplier relations.
Finally, important elements of strategic partnerships will be analysed.
