Sažetak

Tumors of the primary parapharyngeal space (PPS) account for less than 1% of all head and neck tumors. Because of the asymptomatic aspect of
the disease, PPS tumors are usually detected in the advanced stage. In this case report, we present rare a PPS tumor and itstreatment.
