The University of Juraj Dobrila Pula, the Department of Preschool and Primary Education organizes the 10th International Scientific Meeting called Dani Mate Demarina (Mate Demarin Days) that will be held in April 2009.
The theme of the meeting is: SCHOOL ON A HUMAN SCALE
We invite you to actively participate an the Meeting with your own article and presentation.
The meeting will be followed by the Proceedings of the meeting containing printed papers with the international Editorial Board and foreign reviewers.
The papers may be written in Croatian or another world language.
The papers are to be submitted on a floppy (PC format), that is CD, along with two identical copies or by sending an e-mail to

The papers should amount to 1 sheet paper (16 pages, 30 rows per page). The papers should be accompanied by the summary. The papers must be followed by an abstract (10 rows) indicating the purpose of the work, theoretical and methodological points, most important (main) results and conclusion. At the end of the abstract in the “Key words” section up to eight (8) key words, which are professionally and scientifically important for the problem in question, should be included from the abstract.
The abstract, together with key words, must be delivered in Croatian and English languages. If the paper has been written in another language, the abstract must be written in that language as well.
The title of the paper should be clear and short accompanied with the details about the author/authors: name and surname, academic status and name of the present institution.
The submission deadline is 31 December 2008.
