Operation Sheet Intended for Conversational and CAD / CAM Programming of CNC Machines in Education

Sažetak
The introduction of conversational and CAD / CAM programming of CNC machines in vocational schools of the Republic of Croatia imposes the need to revise the existing documents that were applied in the part of technological documentation. The operating sheet, clamping plan, cutting plan, tool plan and program sheet as an integral part of the technological documentation used so far are adapted to the so-called manual programming in which the tool performs a path that is fully defined by the cutting plan. This paper proposes a new concept of technological documentation by integrating the clamping plan and the cutting plan into the operating sheet and changing its structure. The plan of the tool can further remain a separate document. The new worksheet concept contains important technological information related to operating modes and transformation strategies, and contains drawings that further assist the programmer in creating CNC programs. In the part of preparation of the workplace, the drawing shows the clamping plan, while in operations / procedures the drawing shows the appearance of the object after reshaping. The documentation conceived in this way still retains the previous principle of learning, which is based on the preparation and organization, and only then the development, ie realization of the transformation process on the CNC machine.
