Sažetak
Mobile technology, with its capabilities, has fundamentally changed the way people live and the way they communicate with each other. With the development of mobile technology and the Internet, mobile applications have become increasingly popular, enabling users to more easily communicate and share data. For ten years now, the application of such technologies has resulted in the emergence of various smart solutions.
Smart city today is a term that connects the application of modern IT solutions for the needs of cities. The HRcity is a mobile application and system that enables every city to become “smart”. With its implemented modules, the application enables cities to apply mobile technologies in various segments of their activities. Segments such as waste disposal, kindergarten, environmental quality control, utilities and the like.
This paper presents the structure of a mobile application and the way it works. The technologies used in its implementation and the strategy used in the introduction of this application.
