Application of the Administrative Procedure in the Process of Changing the State in the Land Register

Abstract
The contents of the paper refer to the application of the administrative procedure in the process of changing the state in the land register. The change on the land in the land register can be executed only on the basis of the notification issued by the state authority competent for geodetic and cadastral affairs. The procedure preceding the notification is specific in the execution of administrative actions for the purpose of applying the law, regulations and rules of geodetic and cadastral profession and profiles of administrative employees carrying out the jobs of administrative procedure. There are also the key problems presented, resulting from non-existence of execution regulations about essential issues of survey and land register maintenance, referring to the detailed surveying of the field and plan and map production and to the determination of basic network of control geodetic points. The paper brings the standpoints of the court praxis from the Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia, the praxis of the State Geodetic Administration and the City Institution for land register and geodetic affairs, Zagreb.
