Reasons for Discrepancies in the Contents of the Existing Real Estate Records in Cadastre and Land Register

Abstract
The data in the existing real estate records in cadastre and land register, which are mutual to both records and on which both records are based, should unfailingly be in accordance between each other. This contribution presents how it has come to the discrepancies between them in Croatia, following the historical course of events, from the time when the first graphic cadastre survey was carried out in 1818 up to now.
