Abstract

Single crystal of KCI has been coloured by electron injection method under various temperatures and voltages. Growth of colouration is due to space charge limited injection current and is effective in zone II. Efficiency value has been determined and is found to be time dependent in zone II region. The diffusion coefficient in zone III is estimated.
