Sažetak
When working in production processes, workers are exposed to statodynamic efforts that can be the cause of musculoskeletal disorders and occupational diseases. In order to analyze work scenarios and improve workplaces, we designed a project whose methodology is based on the selection and use of specialized software support for the analysis and simulation of work processes. Software support and computer equipment must be functional and reasonably priced. Based on previous measurements and experiences, the clothing industry was chosen as the starting production process. In the production processes of the clothing industry, work is performed in a standing or sitting position, during which workers endure psychophysical and statodynamic efforts that can be the cause of musculoskeletal disorders. The set goals of the project include: in the first phase, an overview of the ergonomic characteristics and the present problems when performing work scenarios in the production processes, based on the aforementioned analysis, to choose suitable program support that will allow us to do a detailed analysis and the possibilities of improving workplaces, based on the collected results and experience manual for working in a safe way and, in parallel with the development of the project in industrial application, to improve the teaching process and competencies of students on the professional study of occupational safety.
