Abstract

Izmjerena je električna vodljivost i termoelektromotorna sila čvrstog i tekućeg CuSbSe2 u širokom rasponu temperatura. Eksperimentalni podaci analizirani su uz pomoć modela razvijenog za gustoću stanja i električni transport u čvrstim amorfnim poluvodičima. Pozitivna termoelektromotorna sila sugerira da u električnom transportu dominiraju šupljine.
