Sažetak

The aim of this paper is to explore the use of digital tools and gamification in the work of school librarians, with a particular focus on the platforms Google Arts & Culture and Experiments with Google. The research is based on a mini survey conducted among school librarians in the Virovitica-Podravina County, as well as a workshop on the application of creative digital tools in library activities. Special attention is given to the analysis of the possibilities for using the mentioned digital tools in library programs, taking into account the potential for collaboration with teachers to further enrich the educational process, as well as the role of gamification in the work of school librarians. The paper analyzes the level of librarians' awareness, their experiences, and attitudes regarding the use of digital tools and gamified methods in the context of fostering creativity, digital competencies, and interactive learning.
