Abstract
The paper analyzes the articulation of synodality at the level of the particular Church according to the Final Document on Synodality. In particular Churches, it is necessary to appropriately structure a more efficient diocesan economic council, regularly involve competent and professional lay faithful in pastoral and economic planning, encourage the thorough preparation and publication of the annual financial report, prepare and publish an annual report on the progress of pastoral and evangelizing work, establish procedures for the periodic evaluation of the exercise of all ministries within the Church. The Document calls for the promotion of the permanent diaconate, recognition of the value of the ministry of readers, acolytes, catechists, and, more generally, greater inclusion of women in all participatory bodies of co-responsibility. Parish councils are considered the most promising bodies of synodality and co-responsibility for the rapid implementation of synodal guidelines.
